Store Set Up

This module teaches athletes how to accept ownership of a Shopify store once it has been built for them, starting from the transfer email through going live inside the admin. It explains what to check during the handoff process, how to confirm billing, how to secure ownership, and what steps matter before the store is officially theirs. The larger message is that true ownership matters — the athlete should not just use a store, but fully control the asset.

Sales Reports & Analytics

This module helps athletes understand how to read Shopify reports so they can make smarter business decisions instead of guessing. It covers key metrics like sales by product, traffic sources, conversion behavior, average order value, and customer trends, while teaching athletes how to use that information to improve product strategy and marketing. The main goal is to shift them from simply “having a store” to actually managing a business with real data.

Creating New Products

This module teaches athletes how to turn an idea into a live product using the Ninja Transfers print-on-demand app inside Shopify. It walks through choosing apparel blanks, uploading or selecting designs, setting product variants, pricing for profit, and pushing products to the store correctly. The focus is not just on the technical steps, but on helping athletes understand how print-on-demand lowers risk, eliminates inventory headaches, and allows them to launch merch quickly while still maintaining control over branding and margins.

Creating A Subscription Program

This module introduces recurring revenue and teaches athletes how to build subscription-based offers inside Shopify, such as monthly fan clubs, exclusive content access, recurring mentorship, sponsorship packages, or merch memberships. It explains how subscriptions can create more predictable income than one-time purchases and helps athletes think longer-term about building a business that compounds over time. The module also covers setup, pricing logic, subscriber value, and how to make subscription offers feel worth renewing.

Running Your Own Camps

This module teaches athletes how to use Shopify and Easify to build camp registration products that are functional, organized, and easy for families to purchase. It covers more than just listing a camp for sale — it includes collecting participant information, sizing, waiver-related details, date options, add-ons, and anything else needed to run a smooth event. The goal is to show athletes how Shopify can power real-world experiences like camps and clinics while keeping everything centralized, trackable, and professional.

Selling Your Own Work Out Plans

This module teaches athletes how to package and sell digital products through Shopify, including workout plans, meal guides, mindset content, downloadable PDFs, and other knowledge-based offers. It focuses on how digital products can create high-margin income because there is no shipping, no inventory, and no reordering process. Athletes also learn how to think through value, positioning, delivery, and professionalism so the digital product feels like a legitimate offer rather than just a file attached to a store.

Attracting Sponsorships

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Fundraising Through Shopify

This module shows athletes how to use Shopify as a fundraising platform for causes, teams, initiatives, or personal missions by turning support into a structured ecommerce campaign. It covers how to build fundraiser products, explain the cause clearly, drive urgency, and keep the offer transparent so supporters understand where funds are going. The bigger takeaway is that Shopify can be used for community-backed initiatives just as effectively as it can for traditional product sales, giving athletes another practical use case for their platform.

Compliance & Taxes

This module teaches athletes how Shopify can simplify NIL compliance by creating a more centralized record of revenue and transactions that can be used when reporting earnings to NIL Go. It explains how store sales, sponsorship purchases, camps, and digital products can all run through one organized system, making reporting cleaner and less stressful. The broader lesson is that Shopify is not just helpful for making money — it also helps create cleaner documentation and better operational discipline for staying compliant.

Special Request Forms

This module shows athletes how to use Shopify Forms to collect organized business opportunities such as appearance requests, autograph inquiries, sponsorship interest, media requests, and fan communication. Instead of relying on scattered DMs and texts, athletes learn how to create a cleaner intake system that makes them look more professional and keeps opportunities in one place. The bigger lesson is that a Shopify store should function as more than a merch site — it should operate like a real business hub

Marketing Campaigns

This module teaches athletes how to use Shopify’s built-in promotional tools to increase conversions, reward fans, and create urgency around products or events. Athletes learn the difference between discount codes, automatic discounts, limited-time sales, and gift cards, along with when to use each one strategically. Beyond the setup, the deeper lesson is that promotions should support a business goal — whether that is driving first-time purchases, increasing average order value, rewarding loyal supporters, or helping fill spots for camps and experiences.
